Deep Links

Posted by shenron on 21 Sep 2007 | Tagged as: SEO

Deep links are links that point to an inner page instead of the home page. Deep links are often better because they link to a more detailed page instead of linking to the home page and let the user navigate to the page they are looking for.

Why are deep links so valuable?

You should have a good mixture of deep links along with a percentage of other links to your home page. Do not place all your links only to your home page. Get links to different pages within your site. This will help not just your home page to rank well but also your inner pages. Deep links should always be part of your SEO strategy.

Here are some different strategies for deep linking.

Link baiting – Create interesting or controversial content that people will link to. Submit your content to social networking sites – this can not only drive traffic to your site but also generate lots of links.

Article submission - Create quality articles and include an author biography that includes deep links to your site. Quality is what matters here – if you can produce quality original content then your article could be picked up by other webmasters to be included in their site.

Link exchange – swap links with other related sites and get them to link to deep pages within your site. It is best to very choosey whom you exchange with – try to find sites that rank higher then you. Don’t just use links page – try to swap links within content.

Web directories- many paid web directories offer deep links to your site.

Content - Create quality content within your site. Create a blog and post regular content. Getting natural links to your site are not only the best links to get but they also can bring in traffic because they are a recommendation. People are far more likely to follow these links.

Blog reviews - Get 1 or more blog reviews site to cover your site. This should bring in more than one link.

Paid links - Buy other links from webmasters – get then to link to one of your internal pages. This can be costly but it works.

Google announces Adsense for Mobile

Posted by shenron on 19 Sep 2007 | Tagged as: Adsense

Google has announced a few hours ago that adsense will go mobile!

This is fantastic news for all the webmasters that run or plan to run websites specially designed for the mobile market.

Adsense is probably the best and most profitable PPC plan one can join, and I can now imagine how all this will work, considering the rumours about the GPhone and other mobile devices everyone is expecting from Google.

Adsense for mobile will be available in a few weeks in 13 countries - England, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland, Russia, Germany, Netherlands, India, Australia, China, Japan and of course USA.

Since mobile advertising is expected to grow from $3 billion at the end of 2007 to $19 billion at the end of 2011, you’d better grab your spot and start working quickly, as the trend is there and the trend is typically your friend.

I’ll announce more details on adsense for mobile as soon as I put my hands on them.

More information can be found at: http://adsense.blogspot.com/2007/09/here-comes-mobile.html

One way to save a lot of dough when it comes to business and personal computing costs is to buy non OEM compatible ink cartridges. Non OEM printer ink compatible ink cartridges are the perfect way to save close to 50% or more on those expensive ink cartridges such as Epson ink and Canon ink. One of the sites that I visited recently that focuses on compatible printer ink is InkjetRemix.com.

InkjetRemix.com has a remarkable offering and is organized efficiently making it very easy to find what you are looking for and checkout in less than a few minutes. InkjetRemix.com is similar to the many compatible ink printer ink sites on the web, but definitely does distinguish itself in a few surprising ways.

Very Good Prices and a Large Selection
Whether you are looking for compatible Epson ink, Canon ink, Lexmark ink etc, you’ll find compatible non OEM printer ink for all the major brands and their corresponding printers. Non OEM printer ink is essentially the same quality ink that your printer manufacturer uses without the huge mark up. Why pay full price for OEM ink when you can receive the same quality for at least 40% off and sometimes up to 80% off OEM ink cartridges.

Quality & Service
There are plenty of online sites that sell printer ink refills or replacements and usually all offer lower prices than retail, however one thing that stood out is InkjetRemix.com’s effort to make sure every customer is satisfied. One of the ways they go above and beyond their competition is their 30 day money back guarantee, this way if you never purchased non OEM printer ink, you can easily do so risk free. Anyone that has purchased non OEM ink cartridges will easily see that the ink quality is quite good and many times even exceeds that of the original manufacturer. With InkjetRemix.com’s guarantee, there is no reason not to save.

Besides this formidable guarantee, they also offer a one year quality guarantee, ensuring that they are committed to quality and customer service. If that doesn’t move you then you will be happy to know they even have a phone number to contact them with any questions or comments.

Great Deals
Finally, they offer excellent incentives to make sure your online shopping is extremely convenient. One of the specials going on was free shipping on orders of $50 or more, making it an excellent way for me to stock up on a year’s worth of printing cartridges affordably, risk free and conveniently.

If you are looking for a site to buy compatible Epson ink, Canon ink or for that matter any type of compatible printer ink, visit InkjetRemix.com for some surprising incentives.
